Elite Athlete Personal Training 

My experience as an athlete including accomplishing two marathons (New York and Philadelphia), climbing Mt. Kilamanjaro, boxing, running countless hill runs in Scotland and finishing in the top 10% in two Spartan races. I understand exactly what is needed to train and help you performance you best in your upcoming event.  I have taken my knowledge of preparing for these events and developed a cutting edge performance training program. 

At our first session, we will assess your current levels of fitness so that I can create a customized program to help you reach your goals in the shortest amount of time.

I was able to drop 76 positions to place 87th in a field of over 650. I’m setting a goal at placing in the group of Elite finishers (i.e. Top 60)
